By placing an order with SnugglePrints you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.

Who we are

SnugglePrints is operated by August (sole trader, enskild firma) in Sweden. Registered address: Hässleholmsvägen 24, 12153 Johanneshov, Sweden. Contact: snuggleprintsstore@gmail.com.

Orders

When you place an order, you're entering an agreement with us to provide a clear photo of your pet, approve the digital preview before we print, and pay the agreed price at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that use copyrighted material we don't have permission to print, are clearly fraudulent, or cannot be reasonably fulfilled.

Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT for EU orders. Prices outside the EU exclude VAT and may be subject to local import duties.

Intellectual property

• Your pet photo: yours.
• The custom-illustrated portrait we create from it: jointly owned. You can use it for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.
• The SnugglePrints brand, name, logo, and house illustration style: ours.

The Free Preview Promise

Every order includes a free digital preview before printing. You can request revisions or cancel for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the preview.

Limitation of liability

We do our best, but we're a small team. Our liability for any single order is limited to the order value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled by Swedish courts in the first instance.
