Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our studio — refresh the link in a few hours if it doesn't show movement straight away (carriers take a beat to register the first scan).
Carbon-neutral delivery
All deliveries are carbon-offset at no extra cost. We use recycled, plastic-free packaging and stiff cardboard inserts to keep prints flat. Soft goods ship in compostable poly mailers.
Customs & VAT
EU orders are sent VAT-inclusive — no surprises at the door. For US, Canada, AU, and other destinations outside the EU, the recipient may be liable for local import duties or sales tax. We always declare the true value of the parcel.
Damaged or lost in transit?
Email hello@snuggleprints.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either reprint and re-ship at our cost or refund in full — your call.
Need it by a date?
Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays — leave a note at checkout and we'll do everything we can to make it. For peace of mind, order at least 3 weeks before the date for EU, 4 weeks for the US.
