How we handle Memorial orders
If you're ordering a SnugglePrints portrait of a pet who has passed away, we want you to know that we don't treat this as a regular sale. Memorial orders are flagged in our system the moment they come in, handled with extra care, and reviewed by a real person at every step.
What's different
- Hand-written note in every Memorial package — a few quiet lines from us. Not a printed thank-you card.
- Free framing upgrade on Memorial canvas + print orders — just add the word “memorial” in your order notes.
- Premium archival paper for framed prints — fade-resistant for 100+ years, so the portrait outlasts you.
- No expiration on the digital file — we keep your pet's portrait file forever in case you want to reorder or give it to family later.
The portrait process
Same free preview promise as our other portraits, with one difference: Memorial portraits get a longer review pass, with closer attention to fur shading and expression. We will not rush this work.
If you have multiple photos of your pet, send us all of them — we'll choose the most expressive one (or use them in combination if it helps capture them more truly).
Multiple pets, one portrait
For households who've lost multiple pets, we can include up to four together in a single piece — same care, same review. Add a note at checkout with all their names.
How to order
Just place a regular order from the Memorial collection, or tag any other product as memorial in the order notes.
